I appreciated the hotel, it's nice and the location is marvellous to Ba Na hill. My room was reasonably large and bright overlooking city. Location: the property was not far from centre of hoi a which was great to be out of the hustle, the old town and beach and the center.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel! the staff were very welcoming and hospitable. They provided helpful recommendations on things to do, and even arranged for transportation for us. the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and nice furnishings. the breakfast was delicious and filling, and the pool was absolutely beautiful. the hotel's location was quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. the only issue was the lack of elevator, but the stairs were manageable. A great experience overall!

The facilities were clean, including the beautiful pool, which was perfect for relaxing. Additionally, the location was great - I could easily access many bars, restaurants, and the Old town by bike in just a few minutes. Finally, the breakfast was delicious and made by an excellent cook.
Can't fault the property in any way.

During my easter stay, I enjoyed the convenience of the free bike rentals to explore the surrounding area, which was a great way to see the local culture. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, always smiling and willing to help. the rooms were spacious and not crowded, giving me ample space to relax, and the pool area was beautiful with plenty of lounge chairs available to take some time off.
The only minor drawbacks were the lack of soundproofing in the rooms, which made it difficult to sleep in, and the moldy smell in the blankets, which is common in humid areas. the dining options near the hotel were limited, and the absence of an elevator made it difficult to reach higher floors with luggage.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the pool was great for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. Free bike rental was a plus and made it easy to explore the city and the beach.
The rooms were not very clean and could use some updating. The noise level was also a bit high, as we could hear people talking loudly in the hallway early in the morning. it was an average experience that could use some improvements in terms of cleanliness and soundproofing.
